Returns policy for Producten All-In-One

At Producten All-In-One we do our best to satisfy you as a customer. If you are nevertheless not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt, under the following conditions:

✅ Conditions for returning:

  • Your return request must be submitted to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

  • The shipping costs for the return are at the customer's own expense.

🔁 Refund or exchange:

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation from us. If the product is in good condition, we will proceed to a refund or an exchange, depending on the availability of the item.

❌ Exceptions (not returnable):

Please note: the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products from the final clearance / sale

  • Items with discounts of 40% or more

  • Products that have been made to measure or ordered specially for you

Example:
If you have ordered a product with 65% discount, such as our limited edition promotions (e.g. FC Barcelona x Travis Scott shirts), then this falls under clearance and a return is unfortunately not possible.
